Identity Verification

Why am I being asked to verify my identity?

To comply with Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) and Counter‑Terrorist Financing regulations, Nexora Innovations must collect and verify your personal information. Identity verification also helps prevent fraud and keeps your wallet safe and secure. All documents must be uploaded through your Nexora dashboard.

As part of our commitment to remain the most trusted crypto platform, we do not accept emailed copies of IDs. All documents must be verified through the Nexora Innovations dashboard.

Uploading Your Documents

Log in to your Nexora Innovations account.

In your dashboard, upload the requested documents and follow the on‑screen instructions.

Ensure all documents are valid, fully visible, and in focus.

Capture the entire document—do not cut off any corners.

Use a camera or app that does not add watermarks or logos.

Uploading Your Selfie

Make sure your face is clearly visible.

Face the camera directly, including shoulders to the top of your head.

Hold your ID next to your face; keep both in focus.

Use a plain background when possible.

Do not wear sunglasses, hats, or large accessories.

If you wear glasses in your ID photo, wear them in your selfie and vice versa.

Payment Methods

What is a SEPA transfer?

SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) transfers allow you to send euro‑denominated bank payments across participating European countries. SEPA payments usually take 1–2 business days and only support EUR.

How to make a SEPA payment:

Confirm your bank supports SEPA transfers.

Complete identity verification (ID, utility bill, selfie) in your Nexora dashboard.

Ensure the name on your bank account matches your Nexora account.

Verify your bank account in the dashboard.

Send only EUR‑denominated deposits; SEPA does not support other currencies.

How to buy cryptocurrency via SEPA transfer

Go to the “Deposit” page.

Select the cryptocurrency you wish to purchase.

Use the provided account details and reference number to initiate a SEPA transfer in EUR.

Include the reference number so your funds are correctly credited.

Wait 1–5 business days for the deposit to appear; your bank may charge fees.

How to buy cryptocurrency via Credit/Debit Card

You can purchase instantly with any 3D Secure–enabled card, up to €500 per transaction.

Go to the “Deposit” page.

Choose cryptocurrency and enter the amount.

Provide your card details (billing address must match your card).

Click “Complete Buy.”

Follow the 3D Secure prompts on your bank’s site.

How to withdraw to a bank account

Go to the “Withdraw” page.

Select the cryptocurrency and amount to sell.

Enter your bank account details.

Confirm the withdrawal.

Withdrawals typically take 1–5 business days. To avoid currency conversion losses, use an EUR‑denominated account.

Wallet Services

Supported Digital Currencies

Nexora Innovations supports buying, selling, depositing, and withdrawing a wide range of cryptocurrencies. Availability, fees, and supported features vary by currency, country, and payment method.

Where is my wallet address?

In your dashboard, click “Wallets” on the left menu, select the desired cryptocurrency, then click “Copy Address.”

Can I cancel a crypto transaction?

Crypto transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the network. Always double‑check the recipient address before sending.

I sent funds to the wrong address. How can I get them back?

Because transactions cannot be reversed, you must contact the recipient and request a refund. If you do not know the recipient, there is no way to recover the funds.

Security

How is my bank and card data protected?

All sensitive data is encrypted at rest and transmitted over SSL. We enforce strict employee access controls and background checks.

To use an alternative verification method, select “Other Bank” when adding your account. For details, see our User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

How can I protect my account?

Support: We never ask for your password or 2FA codes. Report any suspicious requests immediately.

Password: Use a unique, complex password and change it every 3 months. Consider a password manager.

2FA: Enable TOTP (e.g., Google Authenticator) for stronger security.

Email: Use a different password than your Nexora account and enable 2FA on your email.

What is GDPR?

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is an EU law effective May 25, 2018, that strengthens personal data protection and transparency for EU residents.

How does Nexora Innovations use my data?

What data do you collect?

Personal Info: name, date of birth, contact details, utility bills, photo.

Government IDs: passport, driver’s license, national ID.

Financial Info: bank account details, transaction history.

Online Identifiers: IP addresses, browser/device fingerprint.

Usage Data: support tickets, cookies, authentication logs.
